TechDeal AI may process account and contact details, trial-request information, support communications, business and store information supplied for approved ecommerce workflows, license and HWID or device data, and limited payment or invoice metadata where relevant. We collect only what is needed to provide, review, secure, or support the requested product workflow.

Provider credentials and sensitive information

Provider credentials are handled as sensitive material and should never be published, displayed in website content, or shared through unapproved channels. Where a connection is supported, credentials and access are subject to gated, masked, and approval-aware handling. No provider action is enabled simply because information is supplied.

Order, store, and support data

EcomOps review, staging, and dry-run workflows are designed to keep data inside controlled product boundaries. A staging or review state is not a live import, provider transport, shipment action, payment action, or Shopify update. Support data is used to diagnose and resolve the approved request.
