Scope of these terms

These Terms apply to the TechDeal AI software ecosystem, including EcomOps AI Enterprise, the TechDeal AI Quant Trading Terminal, guided trial evaluation, approved support, and product delivery workflows. Product capabilities, access limits, and availability are determined by the selected plan, approval status, and the current verified product state.

Trials and guided access

A trial request may require a real name, valid email address, business or use-case details, and duplicate or fake-request review. Owner or administrator approval may be required before access, trial-key issuance, private delivery, or HWID or device activation. A trial does not activate provider transport, payment, public sale, live import, or a public installer.

Payments, subscriptions, and invoices

Where paid access is offered, payment may proceed through an approved Razorpay payment path or an invoice workflow. Until a verified public payment link is available, Razorpay Link Pending and invoice support are the honest public states. Payment verification and license approval occur before any private delivery step.

Private delivery and license terms

No public installer or direct executable download is offered. After approval, TechDeal AI may provide a one-time, expiring private app-download link to a verified email address. Manual owner-approved private email delivery is currently ready; automatic tokenized delivery remains pending backend validation. Licenses may be device or HWID-bound and may be limited by plan.

Coming Soon and approval-gated features

A feature labelled Coming Soon or Requires Approval is not represented as live, guaranteed, or automatically enabled. Provider actions, transport, live import, payment, messaging, and public-sale capabilities remain gated until separately approved and validated.

Trading Terminal information is provided for software evaluation and workflow support only. It is not investment advice, does not guarantee profit or performance, and does not promise broker, market, or account outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk.

Acceptable use and changes

Users must not misuse the products, share private access, reverse engineer protected software, or abuse connected providers. TechDeal AI may update these terms, restrict access for security or policy reasons, and provide material updates through the approved support path.
