Purpose and acceptable use

This Usage Policy applies to the TechDeal AI software ecosystem, including EcomOps AI Enterprise, guided Trading Terminal evaluation, and approved support workflows. Use the products only for lawful business, evaluation, and support purposes consistent with the selected plan and the applicable product documentation.

Account and provider boundaries

Users must not use the products to abuse ecommerce, messaging, payment, courier, website, or accounting providers. Provider connections and transport remain gated until separately approved. Coming Soon or Requires Approval capabilities are not a commitment that a live integration is available.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not submit credentials that you do not have authority to use.
• Do not bypass rate limits, security controls, approval flows, or license restrictions.

Software and license restrictions

Do not copy, share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract private software, license, or delivery mechanisms. Access may be limited by plan, device, HWID, approval status, and the security requirements of the relevant workflow.

Trading Terminal risk rules

Trading Terminal evaluation is separate from EcomOps. It is not investment advice, does not provide a profit guarantee, and must not be used as a promise of performance or broker outcome. Demo or sandbox-first evaluation is preferred where available.

Enforcement

TechDeal AI may pause, restrict, or revoke access when there is suspected misuse, security risk, license abuse, provider abuse, or violation of these terms. Support remains available through the approved contact path.
