License scope and device binding

TechDeal AI software access may be issued under a plan, trial, invoice, or approved payment workflow. Licenses may be tied to a device or HWID and may include plan-specific device limits. A device or HWID activation requirement is an access-control measure, not a promise of unrestricted or transferable use.

Activation and approved changes

Activation is completed only through the approved product process. If a legitimate device change is needed, contact support with the relevant account details. Resets, replacements, or revocations are reviewed for security, abuse prevention, plan terms, and the current product status.

Private installer delivery

No public installer or direct executable link is provided. After trial or paid-access approval, TechDeal AI may provide a one-time, expiring private app-download link to the verified email address. Manual owner-approved private email delivery is currently ready; automatic tokenized delivery remains pending backend validation.

Restrictions

Licenses, private delivery links, activation mechanisms, and software access must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, copied, reverse engineered, bypassed, or used for unauthorized provider activity. The product may be paused or revoked for suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, or a material policy violation.

Plan and product boundaries
