Information we handle

TechDeal AI may collect and use contact information, trial-request details, support messages, business and store information supplied for approved workflows, license or device identifiers, and limited payment or invoice metadata. Information is used only for legitimate access, review, support, security, operational, and legal purposes.

Provider and business data

Ecommerce, store, order-preview, and provider-connection data is handled only within approved product workflows. Provider credentials are sensitive and are not displayed on public pages. A connection, preview, stage, review, or dry-run status does not authorize a provider write, payment action, shipment, message, or live import.

License and device information

License, HWID, and device information may be used to protect private access, enforce device limits, investigate abuse, and support approved activation or reset requests. We do not publish this information.

Support and communication

Support requests may include product, trial, billing, or troubleshooting information. TechDeal AI uses it to respond through the approved support path. Real messages are not sent automatically from this website without a separately enabled and validated workflow.

Retention and controls

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for security, licensing, audit, support, fraud prevention, compliance, and the requested product workflow. Users may contact support to update contact details or ask about their information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and security needs.

No sale of sensitive credentials

TechDeal AI does not sell sensitive provider credentials, private access links, license secrets, or device identifiers. We do not display local paths, server paths, tokens, or credentials on public pages.
