Digital software and trial-first access

TechDeal AI products are digital software and guided software workflows. Where a trial is available, users are encouraged to evaluate the approved product path before requesting paid access. Trial availability, scope, and duration are subject to approval and product-specific conditions.

Payments, subscriptions, and invoices

Paid access may be processed through an approved Razorpay payment path or an invoice workflow. Until a verified public payment link exists, Razorpay Link Pending and invoice support are the available public paths. A payment request or invoice does not by itself guarantee activation, private delivery, or live provider action.

License activation and private delivery

After payment or invoice verification and owner or administrator license approval, TechDeal AI may provide a one-time, expiring private app-download link to the verified email address. Manual owner-approved private email delivery is currently ready; automatic tokenized delivery remains pending backend validation. No public installer is offered.

Refund and cancellation review

Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed case by case according to the plan, payment status, activation state, private delivery status, applicable law, and the reason for the request. Except where required by law or specifically approved by the owner, activated licenses or completed private digital delivery may not be refundable.

Trading risk boundary

Trading performance, market movements, broker outcomes, or account outcomes are not refund claims. Trading Terminal information is not investment advice and does not include a profit guarantee.
